“Never Assume!”
With diversity & inclusion and wellbeing remaining firmly on the agenda, and something that continues to be discussed at length – it is important to continue to have open conversations about these topics. Both with your own colleagues, but also with your peers and others in your network. Some key messages that I find come up time and time again:
Never assume that you know what is going on with someone else, or their life experiences. Look after yourself, Look after others. Don’t protect yourself by deflecting anxiety and stress on others. Be kind.
