E is for… Engaged and Enthusiastic
If you are engaged with your job and enthusiastic about your role and the company you work for you are more likely to get a promotion. You will be better at engaging with customers and clients. Better at selling your business and promoting your company. You will also be better at getting the tedious admin tasks done and keeping on top of your workload.
Action Point: Keep a list in your career journal of things that you love about your job. Also when writing your daily or weekly journal entries focus on what you are enthusiastic and excited about.
