Your career journal can be a great place for working towards your career goals. However, it can also be a great place to include other well-being practices such as mindfulness and gratitude. Prompt: Things that make you happy
As an additional prompt this week – write a list of things that make you happy. Keep this as a running list and keep adding to it on a regular basis.
When times get rough or you’re a feeling low – you then have this list to read to help remind you about what makes you happy.
