K is for… Knowledge
It is likely that a number of your criteron for your appraisal will relate to knowledge. Therefore you need to have a clear understanding of how your have improved your knowledge throughout the year and the evidence that supports that.
You should also be able to demonstrate that you have also thought about ways to improve and build your knowledge going forward.
Classic examples of ways to keep a record of your knowledge includes:
- a training record of training you attended
- a training record of training you delivered
- a record of knowledge management activities you contributed to
- a record of articles you have written to demonstrate knowledge and expertise.
