Be mindful of using negative language. Use positive language instead.
If you are using positive language you will trick your brain into being more positive and less stressed. Word choice sounds simple, but it’s also simple to ignore.
If you are worried or stressing about something try to reframe it with a more positive mindset. For example if you are thinking about the current pandemic you might be thinking “It is the end of the world as we know it!” However, you can put a more positive spin on this and reframe it as “Pandemics do come to an end. It may mean that things will change but I will find a way to use this to my advantage and thrive”.
