Plan for your return.
We have previously blogged about how to move your career forward. However, it is also important to think about and plan for your return to the office. It is also an opportunity to think about how you personally might want to change/adapt your routine.
01. What do you like about Office life?
Start with thinking about the before. What did you enjoy about being in the office? What have you missed while you have been working from home?
02. What do you like about remote working?
What do you enjoy about working from home and remote working? What has worked well? What has not worked? What changes have you made to your working life?

03. What arrangements are being put in place for your return to the office?
What changes are being put in place by your company and will they work for your personal circumstances? If your company hasn’t said anything, lot at what similar companies are doing – if your company was to do the same thing – what would you think?
04. What can you take advantage of when you return to the office?
You should continue working on your goals. What will be important to do to have maximum impact on your return and what skills have you learned that you can continue to take advantage of as part of your career plan.
