Write a list of things you want to try. Sort of like a mini bucket list.
There are probably activities you’ve thought about trying at some point but you don’t really know what to do with them, or you don’t know if you would like them.
Write a list and refer to it for inspiration next time you are bored and/or want to try something new. If there is anything from your 2019 list that you didn’t get to why not move it over onto your new list as well.
