Prompt: Things to “Throw in the Bin”
Writing a journal can be a great way to clear your mind and organise your thoughts. Writing things down can also be a great way to stop dwelling and overthinking things that are getting your down or that you have no control over etc.
It is important to write down things that you have no control over and to release this. For some people just writing them down in the journal and accepting that they have no control over them can be enough.
However, sometimes you may wish to go a step further and actually throw away the negative thoughts and actually physically throw them in a bin.
