Write a Worry Journal

If you suffer from anxiety or stress you should consider writing a worry journal. You might write in a separate journal as part of your regular journaling routine. Alternatively, you can include a worries entry as one of your regular journal prompts.

Writing out your worries can help you destress and clear your head. It can help you reflect on a situation so that you can see a more positive outcome.

It can also help you to realise that the things that you are worried about and that are making you anxious either don’t happen or don’t play out as you imagine and reflecting on these situations can help you keep your anxiety in check/under control.

Finally, writing a worry can also be a way to help you get a better nights sleep and help improve your mental health and wellbeing overall.
