Part of your evidence for your Appraisal should also be examples of your work.
Depending on your job it may be appropriate to take along examples of your work with you to the appraisal meeting. In other jobs it should be enough to things of examples of each of the items in your compentency framework.
Examples should include:
- detail of what you did,
- what you accomplished,
- how it meets that particular competency and
- any feedback you received from someone you’ve worked with about what you’ve contributed.
